Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous United States, as well as APO/FPO address.
Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we are happy to offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?
If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. We are unfortunately unable to change an order’s address after the order has shipped.
How do you ship orders?
Orders from Medix 5.5 are shipped via our partner carriers UPS and USPS. Transit times are within five business days! We are happy to cover the shipping charges on any orders over $50! If your order is under $50, we charge a flat fee of $7.99.
Where's my package?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder.
Please note, orders over $150 require a signature confirmation at delivery.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number with pictures of the damage. This will help us speed up the process of getting a replacement order sent to you!
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your Medix 5.5 products, but if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All items purchased directly from medix55.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased any Medix 5.5 products from any of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
How do I start a return?
We are so sorry to hear you didn’t love your Medix 5.5 purchase. Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to start the return process.
Do I have to pay return shipping costs?
We’re sorry, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your Medix 5.5 return. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $50 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance (Such as USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS Ground). If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.
