Why is pH important?

MicrosoftTeams-image_12
If the skin's pH is disrupted, it can cause various issues such as dryness, irritation, and breakouts. This can happen if the pH of skincare products is too high or too low, disrupting the skin's natural pH balance. Therefore, it's important to choose skincare products with a pH level that is close to the skin's natural pH level. Cleansers and other skincare products that are too alkaline can strip away the natural oils and disrupt the skin's barrier function, while products that are too acidic can cause irritation and sensitivity.

3% Hyaluronic Acid

20% Vitamin F

20% AHA

This formula contains 3 different molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid. Low, Medium and High. The larger molecules form a barrier outside the skin and help to trap moisture, preventing evaporation. Meanwhile, the smaller molecules sink into skin and act as a hydration magnet, visibly plumping dry, depleted areas.

Use if you have: Dry, aging skin with fine lines and wrinkles.
Fatty Acids are extremely beneficial to the skin barrier, and Essential can be especially helpful for inflammatory skin issues. They help to sooth redness, prevent excess water loss and reduce inflammation.

Use if your skin is: Dry, tight, sensitive, reactive, irritated, or rough.
Glycolic Acid exfoliates the surface layers of the skin, revealing a soft and supple complexion. Lactic Acid helps to attract hydration as it exfoliates. Phytic Acid helps to balance the lipids in your skin, making it great for both dry or oily skin types. Together they work to refine, soften and smooth your skin's surface to reveal radiance.

Use if you have: Hardened skin, bumps, dull skin, uneven texture, uneven tone, rough areas.
