HOW LONG DO YOU LEAVE THE MEDIX 5.5 BODY WASH ON?

Once you’ve applied the body wash all over your body, rinse it off just like you would with any regular body wash!

Note: do not leave it on your skin or treat it like a rinse-off acid peel.

WHERE CAN I BUY MEDIX 5.5 PRODUCTS IN PERSON?

At this time, we do not have any physical locations where you can buy Medix 5.5—but please subscribe to our email list to receive updates on brand launches.

DOES MEDIX 5.5 OFFER WHOLESALE PRICING OR PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNTS?

Currently, we are not opening any wholesale accounts until further announcement. Currently, our focus is on nurturing our existing retail partnerships. In addition, for distribution, we manage everything internally and don’t work with any independent third-party distributors for wholesale purposes. We are extremely grateful for considering Medix 5.5 for your business, and if there are any changes in the future, we’ll be sure to update you. Thank you again for your interest!

ARE MEDIX 5.5 PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?

We recommend reaching out to your OBGYN for all pregnancy safety concerns. Please note that retinol and specific active ingredients may not be advised by OBGYN’s, so it’s always a good idea to consult with them first.

ARE MEDIX 5.5 PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

Medix 5.5 products are not tested on animals.

We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. We also ship to Canada, United Kingdom, and Mexico.

ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@medix55.com.

We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. We are unfortunately unable to change an order’s address after the order has shipped.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

We’re sorry, but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your Medix 5.5 return. We recommend that if you are shipping an item over $30 that you use a shipping service with reliable tracking or insurance (Such as USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS Ground). If a return item is lost in the shipment back, we cannot issue a refund.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?

Our current estimated transit times for international orders are between 10 and 14 business days.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

All international orders are sent using our partner, APC.

To track an international order, please navigate to the APC website and enter your tracking number. You can then see where your package is within APC’s logistics network. This page will also show which carrier within your country APC has given the package to so you can track up until it arrives at your doorstep!

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?

Unfortunately, we are unable to support international returns at this time. If your product is not working for you, please reach out to our customer service team so we can help assist you.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you love your Medix 5.5 products, but if you are not totally satisfied, please send an email to hello@medix55.com within 30 days of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information.

We will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items purchased directly from medix55.com may be accepted for a return. If you purchased any Medix 5.5 products from any of our authorized retailers, please contact them for assistance.
